目的　探讨喜炎平注射液在治疗小儿上呼吸道感染中的临床效果。方法　 88例小儿上呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 4 5例给予喜炎平注射液 0 .2～ 0 .4 m L· kg-1· d-1稀释后滴注 ,1日 1次。对照组 4 3例 ,用利巴韦林注射液 10 mg· kg-1· d-1稀释后滴注 ,1日 1次。 2组总疗程平均为 3d,2组综合治疗相同。结果　治疗组总有效率 91.11% ,对照组总有效率 74 .11%。结论　该药在治疗小儿上呼吸道感染中疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 88 cases of children with upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group 45 cases were given Xiyanping injection 0.2 ~ 0.4 mL · kg-1 · d-1 diluted instillation, 1 on the 1st. The control group 43 cases, with ribavirin injection 10 mg · kg-1 · d-1 dilution after instillation, 1 on the 1st. The average duration of treatment in the two groups was 3d, and the two groups were the same. Results The total effective rate was 91.11% in the treatment group and 74.11% in the control group. Conclusion The drug is effective in treating pediatric upper respiratory tract infection.
