探索建立一套对开放存取网站建设评价的指标体系并进行实证研究,通过该指标体系,让开放存取网站更好地提供信息服务,同时促进开放存取的发展。在借鉴各类网站建设评价的基础上,构建开放存取网站评价指标,包括页面布局、资源构建、检索功能、用户友好、信息组织、综合性能,通过层次分析法确定权重,运用该指标对DOAJ和Socolar进行评价。得分结果表明,DOAJ的整体评价优于Socolar,因此针对各指标对我国开放存取网站提出详细的优化建议及对策。 Explore and set up a set of index system for the evaluation of the construction of open access websites and conduct empirical research. Through this index system, make the open access website better provide information services and promote the development of open access. On the basis of referring to the construction evaluation of all kinds of websites, this paper constructs the evaluation index of open access website, including page layout, resource construction, retrieval function, user-friendly, information organization and comprehensive performance, and determines the weight by AHP. And Socolar for evaluation. The scoring results show that the overall evaluation of DOAJ is superior to that of Socolar. Therefore, detailed suggestions and countermeasures for our country’s OA websites are put forward according to the scores.
