反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)是指由于食管下段括约肌功能失调,胃十二指肠内容物反流导致的食管粘膜组织破损,引起的食管粘膜炎症。内经检查是有效的诊断方法之一。
Reflux esophagitis (reflux esophagitis, RE) refers to the esophageal mucosal inflammation caused by esophageal mucosal tissue damage due to dysfunction of the lower esophageal sphincter, gastroduodenal reflux. Internal inspection is one of the effective diagnostic methods.
