目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:收集资料完整的乳腺癌患者48例。对乳腺癌和腋窝淋巴结的彩超特点结合病理学诊断进行对照分析。结果:超声诊断与病理结果的符合率为87.5%。结论:根据其彩超特点结合临床症状等进行综合分析,具有诊断价值,可以作为首选检查方法。
Objective: To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: 48 cases of complete breast cancer were collected. The breast cancer and axillary lymph nodes by color Doppler ultrasound features combined with pathological diagnosis of controlled analysis. Results: The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological findings was 87.5%. Conclusion: According to its color Doppler ultrasound features combined with clinical symptoms such as a comprehensive analysis, with diagnostic value, can be used as the preferred method of examination.
