圆盘式结构的转子支架在我公司已应用多年,但尚存在一些因焊接变形而导致转子支架中心体与扇形支臂间的轴向接头、环向接头以及径向接头均不同程度存在错口和间隙超标的问题。其次由于各工序兼顾的重点尺寸不同,使其找正和划线基准始终存在一定的差异,致使转子支架中心体和扇形支臂间的接头间隙和错口出现二次偏差。本文以积石峡圆盘式转子支架为依托,从下料尺寸的控制以及采用三次装配、二次焊接和二次配割的新工艺方案进行了论述和总结。
