目的考察灵芝双向固体发酵雷公藤得到的灵雷菌质(G30)对阿霉素诱导的大鼠肾病模型的作用。方法尾iv阿霉素6.5mg/kg复制大鼠肾病模型,分别给予不同剂量的G30、雷公藤生药、灭菌生药(灭菌药)及雷公藤多苷两周,检测大鼠体质量、24h尿蛋白量、血清总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCr)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)等生化指标。结果与模型组比较,G30增加肾病大鼠体质量,降低24h尿蛋白、血清TG、TC量,同时升高血清TP水平(P<0.05);与生药组比较:G30降低肾病大鼠24h尿蛋白、血清BUN、SCr,同时使血清CK、ALT量保持正常水平,光镜下显示G30减轻了肾病大鼠的肾小球充血及空泡样变性等病理变化。结论 G30对阿霉素诱导的肾病有一定的治疗作用,与雷公藤生药比较毒性低、效果好。
Objective To investigate the effects of gonorrhoeae (G30) obtained from two-way solid fermentation of Tripterygium wilfordii on adriamycin-induced rat nephropathy model. Methods The rat model of nephropathy was induced by intravenous injection of doxorubicin at a dose of 6.5mg / kg for two weeks. The body weight of rats was measured by G30, tripterygium wilfordii, Urine protein, TP, TC, TG, ALT, AST, BUN, serum creatinine (SCr), serum creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and other biochemical indicators. Results Compared with the model group, G30 increased the body weight of rats with nephropathy, decreased the levels of 24 h urine protein, serum TG and TC, and elevated serum TP levels (P <0.05). Compared with the crude drug group, G30 reduced the urinary protein , Serum BUN, SCr, while maintaining the levels of CK and ALT in serum. Under light microscope, G30 alleviated the pathological changes of glomerular hyperemia and vacuolar degeneration in nephrotic rats. Conclusion G30 has a certain therapeutic effect on doxorubicin-induced nephropathy, which is less toxic and effective than Tripterygium Wilfordii crude drug.
