本文介绍在生产现场条件下,在稀土镁球墨铸铁中添加微量锑、铝、钛元素,通过金相和扫描电镜观察,以及断裂韧性、疲劳强度等机械性能的测试表明,这些微量元素细化了石墨球,稳定了珠光体,明显地提高了综合机械性能(σ_b=70~79kg/mm~2,δ=3—7%,a_k=2—5kg—m/cm~2,HB=230~260,K_(1c)=115kg/mm~(3/2),σ_(-1)=27—28kg/mm~2)。这种材料用于生产曲轴,可省去热处理工序,节约能源,降低成本,提高产品质量。
In this paper, we introduce the addition of trace amounts of antimony, aluminum and titanium elements to the rare earth magnesium nodular cast iron under the condition of the production site. The results of metallographic and scanning electron microscopy, mechanical properties such as fracture toughness and fatigue strength show that these trace elements are refined Graphite balls stabilized pearlite and markedly improved overall mechanical properties (σ_b = 70-79 kg / mm 2, δ = 3-7%, a_k = 2-5 kg-m / cm 2, HB = 230-260 , K_ (1c) = 115kg / mm ~ (3/2), σ_ (-1) = 27-28kg / mm ~ 2).
