我国海外投资的新变化和与其相关的若干法律问题,是目前学术界较为关注的研究课题。特别是在当前形势下,我国如何加快海外投资的步伐,采取什么样的战略,尤其值得深入探讨。
The new changes in overseas investment in our country and some legal issues related to it are the research topics that the academia is paying more attention to. Especially in the current situation, how to speed up the pace of overseas investment in our country and what kind of strategy we should take are especially worthy of further discussion.
