一、邯钢基本情况邯钢于1958年建厂,现有总资产909亿元,职工2.3万人,现已具备年产1300万吨优质钢综合生产能力,是我国重要的优质板材和优质型棒线材生产基地,是河北钢铁集团的核心企业。近年来,邯钢大力调结构、转方式,实现了向“品质效益型、科技创新型、生态工业型”的转型升级。与“十一五”初相比,2013年邯钢总资产、净资产、年销售收入、年人均产值分别增长254%、211%、231%、134%。近几年来,邯钢深入学习实践科学发展观,以建设国际水平现代化钢铁企业为目标,加快发展方式转变,不断拓展战略范围,实施“纵向一体化”战略,
