中风后抑郁症（PSD）是继发于脑卒中后的一种情感障碍，主要表现为各种心理和情绪的异常。目前临床上已应用多种疗法和各种抗抑郁药物对PSD进行治疗。近年来，我们运用健脑调神针法治疗该病，并与氟西汀药物治疗进行对照研究，现报道如下。
