以小型电弧焊设备为研究对象,解决电焊机及配套辅具的便携性和安全性设计问题。从用户需求、产品形态与色彩的角度剖析现有产品的设计现状,分析讨论情感化和系列化设计在设备外观造型设计中的运用,指出在设备设计中融入情感化和系列化理念的必要性。对小型电弧焊设备进行造型设计,旨在满足用户对产品情感化及系列化的综合需求,达到功能性与美观性的结合,为同类型设备的改良设计提供参考。
Small arc welding equipment for the study to solve the welding and supporting aids portability and safety design issues. Analyze the design status quo of the existing products from the perspectives of user requirements, product shape and color, analyze and discuss the application of emotionalization and serialized design in the design of equipment appearances, and point out the necessity of integrating the concepts of emotionality and serialization in equipment design . Small arc welding equipment design, designed to meet the users of the emotional and serialization of the integrated demand to achieve the combination of functionality and aesthetics for the same type of equipment to provide an improved design reference.
