本研究是通过利用Solis Edge,ANSYS Workbench等三维有限元分析软件来分析波纹管性机械密封环的温度场变化和应力场变化,根据所分析出来的温度场分析图以及应力分析图中,可以明确的地看出来温度的变化状况和热应力的位置。通过研究证明,导致密封失效的最主要原因是密封环出现较大的热变形。所以进行密封环的热变形,热应力分析是非常有价值的。研究结果对于设计以及制造焊接金属波纹管机械密封,提高密封特征有很重要的科学依据。
In this study, we analyzed the temperature field and the stress field of a bellows mechanical seal ring by using three-dimensional finite element analysis software such as Solis Edge and ANSYS Workbench. Based on the analysis of the temperature field and the stress analysis diagram, we can confirm Look at the temperature changes and thermal stress position. It is proved through research that the main cause of seal failure is the large thermal deformation of seal ring. Therefore, the seal ring thermal deformation, thermal stress analysis is very valuable. The results of the research have important scientific basis for the design and manufacture of mechanical seal of welded metal bellows and improvement of sealing characteristics.
