对转生长激素基因鲤与普通鲤(Cyprinus(cyprinus)carpiohaematopterus)肌肉中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、灰分、水分、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe含量以及氨基酸种类与含量进行测定。经比较分析得出:转基因鲤与普通鲤肌肉中粗蛋白质含量分别为17.52%和17.45%、粗脂肪含量分别为2.55%和2.83%、灰分分别为1.29%和1.23%、水分分别为78.85%和78.27%、氨基酸总量分别为16.54%和16.77%、必需氨基酸总量分别为7.80%和7.83%,经统计分析,二者均无显著差别,在所测定的4种元素中,其含量虽高于普通鲤鱼,但经数理统计分析,均无显著差别,说明外源基因的插入对转基因鲤的营养成分和氨基酸含量未产生影响。
The contents of crude protein, crude fat, ash, water, Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe and the types and contents of amino acids in muscle of Cyprinus cyprinus carpiohaematopterus were measured in transgenic carp and common carp. The results showed that the crude protein content of transgenic carp and common carp were 17.52% and 17.45% respectively, the crude fat content was 2.55% and 2.83% respectively, the ash contents were 1.29% and 1.23% respectively, and the moisture contents were 78.85% and 78.27%, the total amino acids were 16.54% and 16.77%, the total amount of essential amino acids were 7.80% and 7.83%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two elements in the four elements However, no statistically significant differences were found in the statistics of the common carp, indicating that the exogenous gene insertion did not affect the nutritional content and amino acid content of the transgenic carp.
