从新制度经济学视角审视思想政治教育,指出思想政治教育的现代性转型需要制度,制度在思想政治教育中具有独特的功能。惟有推动思想政治教育的制度创新,方能切实提高思想政治教育的成效。思想政治教育制度创新,要注重正式制度与非正式制度的转化联结,明晰思想政治教育制度创新主体和制度变迁者的结构性功能,加强思想政治教育工作的制度环境建设。
Examining the ideological and political education from the perspective of the new institutional economics, it points out that the modern transformation of ideological and political education requires a system that has unique functions in ideological and political education. Only by promoting institutional innovation in ideological and political education can we effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The innovation of the ideological and political education system should pay attention to the transformation and linkage of the formal system and the informal system, clarify the structural functions of innovators and system changers in the ideological and political education system, and strengthen the institutional environment of ideological and political education.
