几千年来,我国劳动人民都以物候和节令指导农业生产。栽培平菇,也有个“菇时”问题。本人经过几年的努力,制定了本地平菇播种的物候指标,预报播种期的物候指标,以及停止栽培的物候指标,并利用农田埋菌自然出菇,充分利用了天时地利。经一九八四、一九八五年试用,效果很好。介绍给菇友们,供参考。一、秋播根据秋播平菇宜在20℃以下的原则,将秋种平菇的播期安排在冬小麦播种前后开始,此时气温一般在16℃-18℃,冬小麦播种的时段为9月26日至10月12日。预报秋播平菇的物候指标是大蒜始播,平均日期为9月15日,距冬小麦始播期为10天左
