追求美,是人类的天性。我国素有“东方玉国”之美誉。我国古人更以佩玉来显示自己的品德风尚,故有世人爱玉之风莫如中国之说。 最新考古资料表明,从我国辽宁省阜新查海七、八千年前原始村落遗址出土的一批玉器,经测定,全是真玉。这也是全世界已知最早的真玉器。更为引人注目的是,在出土玉器中,除2件玉匕,1件玉凿外,还有4件白色带浅线斑点的耳饰玉块,其中最大的直径为4厘米,厚1厘米,玉块呈环状,有缺口,色泽纯正,磨制光滑。可知,我们的祖先早在七、八千年前,就开始用玉饰品来美化自己。
