随着部队编制体制调整和社会化保障改革的不断深入,军队院校需要从地方挑选一批优秀青年充实到军队院校非现役文职人员和非现役公勤人员岗位上来。这个特殊群体的出现,给军队院校注入新活力的同时,也给计划生育工作带来了更多新情况、新问题。对此,必须加强研究,寻求解决问题的有效对策。
With the restructuring of the armed forces establishment and the deepening of social security reform, military academies and schools need to select a number of outstanding young people from localities to enrich the posts of non-active civilian service personnel and non-active public service personnel in military academies and schools. The emergence of this special group has infused new vitality into military academies and schools and brought more new situations and new problems to family planning work.
