针对在铝加工行业工业炉设计中遇到的问题,运用三维及相关辅助软件作为设计手段,提高设备的设计质量及研发水平,为提高设备性能奠定基础。通过对设备的外形进行三维立体成图,直观体现设备结构,改进设计方案及加工工艺;通过分析复杂结构件在受力受热多重影响下的力学变形,优化结构设计;采用Fluent软件对工业炉中热循环空气流场进行分析,优化炉内导流结构,为计算流体动力学(CFD)在流体、热传递等方面的研究和应用提供便捷的手段和方法。
In view of the problems encountered in the industrial furnace design in the aluminum processing industry, the use of three-dimensional and related auxiliary software as a design tool to improve the design quality and R & D level of the equipment lays the foundation for improving the performance of the equipment. Through the three-dimensional mapping of the appearance of the equipment, the equipment structure can be directly visualized to improve the design scheme and processing technology.
