随着我国经济的发展和现代企业制度的建立,如今企业的人力资源管理必须与时代发展和企业的需求相适应,这样才能有效地保证企业在竞争如此激烈的市场环境下生存和发展。本文主要分析构建以企业文化为基础的人力资源管理模式,和企业文化建设为背景的人力资源开发建设的主要措施。
With the economic development of our country and the establishment of modern enterprise system, human resources management of enterprises must adapt to the development of the times and the needs of enterprises so as to effectively ensure the survival and development of enterprises under the competitive market environment. This article mainly analyzes the main measures to construct human resource management mode based on corporate culture and the construction of enterprise culture.
