目的:探讨牙体缺损桩核修复失败的原因,提高其成功率。方法:对临床28例桩核修复失败病例进行分析。结果:牙体缺损桩核修复失败病例最常见的原因为无牙本质肩领导致牙体抗力不足,修复体从牙颈部折断;预成金属桩或铸造金属桩导致薄弱根管根尖区应力集中牙根折裂修复失败。结论:进行根管重塑以增加根管牙本质壁的厚度和强度,增强牙根的抗力。
Objective: To explore the reasons for failure of dental restoration and improve the success rate. Methods: Clinical analysis of 28 cases of failed post-core repair. RESULTS: The most common cause of failure of dental implants in post-core restoration was the lack of resistance of the teeth to the dentin shoulder and fracture of the prosthesis from the cervical portion. Pre-formed or cast metal piles resulted in stress in the apical area of the weak canals Centralized root fracture repair failed. CONCLUSION: Root canal remodeling is performed to increase the thickness and strength of the root canal dentin wall and enhance root resistance.
