目的探讨非接触眼压计在近视眼LASIK术后的应用。方法对接受LASIK治疗的87例(171眼)近视和近视散光患者,用非接触眼压计测量术前角膜中心眼压、术后3个月角膜中心旁眼压,进行统计学处理。结果术后3个月中心旁眼压值与术前角膜中心眼压值中低度近视眼组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高度近视眼组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近视眼LASIK术后,利用非接触眼压计测量的角膜中心旁眼压值,中低度近视眼能反映实际眼压值,高度近视眼不能反映实际眼压值。
Objective To investigate the application of non-contact tonometer in myopia after LASIK. Methods Eighty-seven patients (171 eyes) with myopia and myopic astigmatism received LASIK. The intraocular pressure of the cornea was measured with a non-contact tonometer and the intraocular pressure of the cornea was measured 3 months after the operation. Statistical analysis was performed. Results There was no significant difference in IOP value between preoperative central corneal pressure and IOP at 3 months postoperatively (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between IOP group and high myopia group (P <0.05) . Conclusions After myopia LASIK surgery, non-contact intraocular pressure measured by intraocular pressure, low myopia can reflect the actual intraocular pressure, high myopia can not reflect the actual intraocular pressure.
