继1972年我国高忠丽首次在小麦中发现显性核不育之后,1978年美国Sasakuma等人从EMS处理的属间杂种Chris的后代中得到另一个显性单基因所控制的花粉败育型不育株。上海农科院植保所于1987年从国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)引进了经回交二代的17个该不育材料的衍生系。经过抗赤性鉴定及其农艺性状的表型选择,其中衍生系Chris DMS/SERI//MYNA“S”,ChrisDMS/PRL“S”/VEE 6/3/PRL“S”//VEE 6 ChrisDMS/2 NING 820,Chris DMS/2 Shanghai 3
Following the first discovery of dominant nuclear sterility in wheat by Gao Zhongli in 1972, Sasakuma et al. Obtained another dominant single-gene-controlled pollen-abortion-type infertility from the offspring of EMS-treated intergeneric Chris in 1978 Strain. In 1987, the plant protection institute of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences introduced 17 derivative lines of this sterile material from the second generation of backcross from International CIMMYT. After the identification of resistance and the phenotypic selection of agronomic traits, the derivative lines were Chris DMS / SERI // MYNA “S”, ChrisDMS / PRL “S” / VEE 6/3 / PRL “S” // VEE 6 ChrisDMS / 2 NING 820, Chris DMS / 2 Shanghai 3
