细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)是免疫球蛋白超家族中的一员,表达于内皮细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、T淋巴细胞、成纤维细胞及各类上皮细胞等多种细胞表面,并参与多种炎症细胞黏附、迁移过程及T淋巴细胞的增殖、活化等重要生理过程。细胞静息状态时会低水平表达ICAM-1,而各种内源性及外源性炎症刺激因子会诱导ICAM-1表达水平升高。甲型流感病毒感染宿主时,宿主体内多种细胞表面ICAM-1表达上调,并在先天性免疫应答中发挥重要作用,同时也是宿主免疫损伤的重要参与者。本文将简要介绍ICAM-1在甲型流感病毒与宿主相互作用时所扮演的角色,以提高人们对ICAM-1的认识。“,”Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, is expressed in endothelial cells, macrophages, dendritic cells, T lymphocytes, fibroblasts and kinds of epithelial cells.It is involved in migration, adhesion of immune cells and proliferation, activation of T lymphocytes.ICAM-1 is expressed at a low level on the surface of resting cells, while various endogenous and exogenous inflammatory stimulators can induce the expression of ICAM-1.ICAM-1 expression is upregulated on the surface of various cells while influenza A virus infects the host.It plays an important role in innate and adaptive immunity, as well as being a participant in influenza-mediated immune injury.This article provides a brief introduction to the role of ICAM-1 in the interaction between influenza A virus and the host to raise awareness of ICAM-1.
