利用PC12细胞氧化应激损伤模型,对6种药用真菌的49个脂溶性提取物进行筛选,研究表明,灵芝等药用真菌均具有氧化应激保护作用,其中桑黄和北虫草活性显著。29个样品在5~150 mg/L对PC12氧化应激损伤的保护作用呈剂量依赖性增长。药用真菌脂溶性提取物对PC12细胞氧化应激损伤保护作用与药用真菌的种类密切相关,并且药用真菌的不同菌株对PC12细胞氧化应激损伤保护作用也是不同的。
Forty-five lipid-soluble extracts from six medicinal fungi were screened using a model of oxidative stress injury in PC12 cells.
