以四川省绵阳市三台县为典型案例,围绕当地种植业面临的资源与环境形势,针对该县种植业面源污染防治措施、种植业生态补偿实践的具体做法和补偿效果进行分析。在此基础上,揭示出三台县种植业生态补偿过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了关于完善区域种植业生态补偿政策的建议。 Taking Santai County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province as a typical case, this paper analyzed the resources and environmental situation faced by the local planting industry, and analyzed the prevention and cure measures of non-point source pollution of planting industry and the practice and compensation effect of ecological compensation practice. On this basis, it reveals the main problems existing in the ecological compensation of planting industry in Santai County and puts forward some suggestions on improving the ecological compensation policy of regional planting.
