当前,随着国家新一轮改革措施的深入实施,利益格局的进一步调整,群众通过信访渠道反映出来的问题,既有新动向,又有老难题。特别是国家全面停止天然林商业性采伐措施的出台,国有林区结束了几十年木材生产的历史,全面步入改革攻坚、转型发展的快车道。面对当前企业改革攻坚时间紧、转型发展任务重、信访稳定压力大的现实,如何有效规避和化解各种矛盾和问题,以和谐稳定的良好局面推动企业改革发展顺利进行,是摆在企业各级领导干部面前的一项重要而紧迫的任务。为此,笔者结合工作实际,就如何做好新形势下信访稳定工作谈几点粗浅体会。

Faced with the current tough time for enterprise reform, heavy task of transformation and development, and the steady pressure of letters and visits, how to effectively evade and resolve various contradictions and problems and promote the reform and development of enterprises in a harmonious and stable manner is a challenge that enterprises Level leading cadres before an important and urgent task. To this end, the author combined with the actual work on how to do a good job under the new situation of letters and calls steady work on a few superficial experience.
