跨文化交流从来都不是单向度的,而是因物质到精神的各个层面形成了其立体化局面,因而是立体的;在其立体的系统里,各子系统之间相互联系,互有所涉,构成了跨文化交流的完整体系,因而形成了互涉性。跨文化交流的这两个特点对英语学科建设、教学科研、人才培养以及未来的学科发展均具有重大作用和意义。本文提出跨文化交流的物流、语流和脑流三个层次,指出其立体化与互涉性问题,并强调英语学科建设应该考虑跨文化交流的立体与互涉特质。
Intercultural communication has never been one-dimensional, but it has become three-dimensional because of its three-dimensional shape from material to spiritual levels. In its three-dimensional system, the subsystems are interrelated and interdependent It has formed a complete system of intercultural communication and thus formed an interoperability. These two characteristics of intercultural communication are of great significance to the construction of English disciplines, teaching and research, personnel training and the development of the future disciplines. This paper proposes the three levels of logistics, linguistic flow and brain flow in cross - cultural communication, points out its three - dimensional and intercrossing problems, and emphasizes that three - dimensional and inter - cultural characteristics of intercultural communication should be considered in the construction of English discipline.
