为提高防火阻燃界面剂的性能,通过原位聚合的方法,采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)为囊壁材料对防火阻燃界面剂组分聚磷酸铵(APP)进行了微胶囊化。以预聚体溶液p H值,MFAPP合成过程中的固化温度、固化时间为控制因素,通过正交试验制备出MFAPP。通过MFAPP溶水后的水溶性馏分、表面张力系数和耐碱性测试,并结合热重、扫描电镜和能谱等方法,确定具有最佳包裹率的聚磷酸铵制备条件为:p H值8.5、固化温度80℃、固化时间2 h。浆体流变性能和拉伸粘结强度试验结果表明,与采用APP相比,以MFAPP为阻燃组分制备的防火阻燃界面剂浆体的工作性能更好,拉伸粘结强度符合JG 149—2013标准要求。
In order to improve the performance of fire retardant interfacial agent, APP was microencapsulated by the in situ polymerization method using melamine formaldehyde resin (MF) as the wall material. MFAPP was prepared by orthogonal experiment with p H value of prepolymer solution, curing temperature during MFAPP synthesis and curing time as control factors. Through the water-soluble fractions after water-soluble MFAPP, surface tension coefficient and alkali resistance test, combined with thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy to determine the optimal encapsulation rate of ammonium polyphosphate preparation conditions: p H 8.5 , Curing temperature 80 ℃, curing time 2 h. The rheological properties of the slurry and the tensile bond strength test results show that compared with the use of APP, MFAPP as a flame retardant component prepared fire retardant interface agent slurry performance better, tensile bond strength in line with JG 149-2013 standard requirements.
