目的 了解不同部位晶状体上皮细胞在增殖速度、潜力及细胞形态上有无差异。方法 将成年家兔的晶状体中央区、赤道前区及赤道区的前囊膜分别进行植块培养,测定晶状体上皮细胞增殖速度,观察增殖细胞的形态特征。结果 植块种植后3d,囊膜边缘出现增殖细胞并迅速向四周延伸,但细胞增殖速度在2wk 后开始下降,至第4wk 时增殖完全停止。来自不同部位的晶状体上皮细胞其增殖速度和形态结构无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论 该结果提示白内障囊外摘出术中截囊部位的不同对术后后发障的发生率无明显影响。
Objective To investigate whether there is any difference in the proliferation rate, potential and cell morphology of lens epithelial cells in different regions. Methods The anterior capsule of the central zone, the anterior equatorial zone and the equatorial zone of adult rabbits were cultured in vitro. The proliferative rate of lens epithelial cells was measured and the morphological characteristics of proliferating cells were observed. Results After 3 days of planting, proliferating cells appeared on the edge of the capsule and extended rapidly to the periphery. However, the rate of cell proliferation began to decrease after 2 weeks and stopped completely at the 4th week. There was no significant difference in the proliferation rate and morphological structure of lens epithelial cells from different sites (P> 0.05). Conclusions The results suggest that the different posterior capsulotomy in cataract extraction has no significant effect on the incidence of postoperative complications.
