随着压力检测仪表在高温、高粘度和强腐蚀介质中的应用,采用隔离测压方式似乎成为不可缺少的一种手段;随着各种新型测压元件的出现(如差动电容、扩散硅、振弦等),要求将这些元件置于电气绝缘性能良好和无腐蚀性的介质下工作,这也势必要求采用隔离测压系统。本文系统地介绍了单膜片式隔离测压系统的压力损耗、精度确定和温度误差的计算。

This paper systematically introduces the pressure loss, accuracy and temperature error calculation of single-diaphragm isolation manometry system.
