义齿基托塑料断裂、折裂是口腔修复临床最常见的问题.从简化工艺、病人舒适,成型方便等方面考虑,研制高强度的基托材料,实属最佳选择方案.本研究以现行常见口腔高分子材料为基础,研究了添加增韧剂的各种配方.研究结果表明:在现义齿基托的体系中添加一定量的甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯(8FMA),基托材料的冲击强度可达6.02kJ/m ̄2,抗弯强度达58.5MPa,与现行材料相比,分别提高36.6%和18.4%,成型简便,工艺性能优良,可试用于临床,进行疗效观察.
Denture base plastic fracture, fracture is the most common clinical oral repair problems. From the simplification of technology, patient comfort, ease of molding and other considerations, the development of high-strength base material, it is the best choice. Based on the current common oral polymer materials, various formulations of toughener were studied.
