电镀铬过程中,可逸散出大量铬酸雾直接危害工人健康,又损失了铬酸酐(C_rO_3)。本文对某厂电镀车间采用槽边吸风、铬酸雾净化回收和槽内加用F_(53)铬酸抑雾剂等综合防护措施以来的效果,进行了调查。现将结果报如下。内容和方法某厂电镀车间是1974年建成投产,使用铬酸酐为原料,电镀大,中型机器部件。为减少和消除职业危害,先后在槽旁安装机械吸风,塑料网格式铬酸雾净化回收器,以及在槽内加用上海有机化学研究所实验厂生产的F 53B型铬酸雾抑制剂,使车间空气铬酸雾浓度降至国家卫生标准以下,从而改善了工人劳动条件,保护了身体健康,电镀车间有工人
Chromium electroplating process, can escape a large number of chromic acid mist directly harm the health of workers, but also the loss of chromic anhydride (C_rO_3). In order to reduce and eliminate occupational hazards, we installed mechanical sucking wind, plastic mesh chromate mist purifier and reclaiming device next to the trough, and F 53B chromic acid mist inhibitor manufactured by Shanghai Organic Chemical Research Institute in the tank. So that the workshop chroma spray air concentration below the national health standards, thereby improving the working conditions of workers and protect the health of workers in the electroplating workshop
