为改善尼洋河八一镇城区段水景观及水环境,提升城市内涵和品位,拟在八一一桥和八一二桥间修建6座挡水橡胶坝。文章采用有限元数值分析法对坝基在最不利工况下进行渗流稳定分析,得出该防渗排水设计满足设计规范要求的结论。并分析了该工程对河道行洪、防洪;对堤防稳定;对河道演变和河势稳定;对两岸地下水;以及对过江水管等五个方面的综合影响。工程实施后,将更有利于河道行洪和防洪,更有利于河床、河势的稳定,对两岸地下水位的影响也很少且不形成限制性影响。所得结论对于工程后续设计、工程决策等具有指导意义。
In order to improve the water landscape and water environment in the Bayi Town Section of Niyang River and enhance the connotation and taste of the city, it is planned to build 6 retaining rubber dam between Bayi-Yi Bridge and Bayi-12 Bridge. The paper analyzes the seepage stability of the dam foundation under the most unfavorable conditions by finite element numerical analysis method, and draws the conclusion that the seepage proof drainage design meets the requirements of the design code. The effects of the project on river flood control, flood control, stability of dike, stability of river course evolution and river regime, groundwater on both sides of the strait, and water pipe over the river are analyzed. After the implementation of the project, it will be more conducive to flood control and flood control in the river course, more conducive to the stability of the riverbed and river regime, and will have little impact on the groundwater level across the Strait and will not have a restrictive impact. The conclusions obtained for the follow-up project design, engineering decision-making and other guidance.
