水平定向钻穿越是非开挖施工技术的重要组成部分,是城际和城市铺设管道的主要施工方法,随着管道穿越施工技术的日益成熟,施工经验的不断累积,穿越施工地层从仅适用于粘土﹑亚粘土﹑粉砂土、回填土,逐步发展到砂层、流沙层、岩石层及经过处理后的卵石层。水平定向钻主要有三个施工工序:导向、扩孔、管线回拖,本文论述了扩孔工序中软硬地层的处理,避免了扩孔时在软硬地层交界处产生错台,成孔呈“葫芦”状,导致管道回拖时防腐层划伤、管道拉扁及卡管等现象发生。
Horizontal directional drilling is an important part of non-excavation construction technology. It is the main construction method for laying pipelines between cities and cities. With the increasingly mature construction technology of pipelines, construction experience is continuously accumulating, and the construction strata will only apply to clay. Horizontal directional drilling mainly has three construction processes: guiding, reaming, and dragging back the pipeline. This article discusses the processing of hard and soft layers in the hole expanding process, avoiding the occurrence of a wrong stage at the junction of hard and soft layers during hole expansion, and forming a hole. “Gourd” shape, resulting in the pipeline back drag when the anti-corrosion layer scratches, pipe pull flat and stuck pipe and other phenomena.
