本文提出用弹性体代替静液挤压工艺中高压液体挤压双金属杆新模式，给出挤压外软内硬双金属复合杆时速度场和挤压力等有关参数的选择方法。
In this paper, we propose a new method to replace the hydrostatic extrusion bimetallic rod with the elastomer in the hydrostatic extrusion process, and give the selection method of the velocity field and squeezing pressure when extruding the inner soft bimetal composite rod.
