随着科技发展,一些工程机械如船用大马力柴油机、燃气轮机等,其高强载程度日趋增大,出现的事故也愈来愈令人关注,尤以热疲劳为甚。所谓热疲劳是指材料经受温度变化时,因其自由膨胀或收缩受到约束而产生循环应力或循环应变,最终导致龟裂而破坏的现象。为防止出现某些不测及挖掘材料潜力,我们必须对承受高温高载荷的零部件进行寿命分析。
With the development of science and technology, some engineering machinery such as marine high-powered diesel engines and gas turbines have become more and more highly loaded. The accidents that have taken place are also attracting more and more attention, especially due to thermal fatigue. The so-called thermal fatigue refers to the material subjected to temperature changes, due to its free expansion or contraction is bound to produce cyclic stress or cyclic strain, eventually leading to the phenomenon of cracking and destruction. In order to prevent some of the unexpected potential of digging materials, we have to carry out life analysis of parts subjected to high temperature and high load.
