随着模拟移动床色谱技术(simulated moving bed,SMB)的快速发展,该技术在天然产物活性成分的提取与纯化中的应用日益广泛。本文简述了SMB技术的发展和在天然产物分离中的应用现状,并重点介绍了SMB技术在黄酮类、多酚类、氨基酸以及肽类和糖类分离制备中的应用。与传统的制备色谱技术相比,SMB采用连续操作手段,具有易于自动化操作、制备效率高、制备量大等特点,在天然产物分离制备中具有良好的发展前景。
With the rapid development of simulated moving bed (SMB) technology, the technology is increasingly used in the extraction and purification of the active ingredients of natural products. This article briefly introduces the development of SMB technology and its application in the separation of natural products. The application of SMB technology in the preparation of flavonoids, polyphenols, amino acids, peptides and sugars is also introduced. Compared with the traditional preparative chromatography, SMB has the advantages of easy operation, high preparation efficiency, large preparation capacity and so on. It has good development prospect in the separation and preparation of natural products.
