目前,高校人才培养的质量难以满足社会的需要,所培养的人才职业技能不突出,实践能力较差是客观存在的问题,要解决这种问题,必须要进行人才培养模式和教学模式的创新改革。这里分析了高校建立校内生产性实训基地的必要性,分析了校内生产性实训基地建设的策略,提出了在这种模式下,实现人才培养的有效方式,对于提升高校人才培养质量,促进高校教学模式的完善发展,提升高校教学效果,实现高效的深化发展具有积极的意义。
At present, the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities is hard to meet the needs of the society. The cultivated talent does not have outstanding occupational skills and poor practical ability, which is an objective problem. To solve such problems, we must carry out innovation and reform of personnel training mode and teaching mode .
