目的:探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的肝性脑病患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合乳果糖治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,对照组的总有效率为73.33%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效显著,安全性好,不良反应少,优于单独给药,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspartate ornithine combined with lactulose in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods: Sixty patients with hepatic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with ornithine aspartate. The observation group was treated with lactulose on the basis of the control group, The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Aspartate ornithine combined with lactulose treatment of hepatic encephalopathy clinical efficacy, safety, adverse reactions, better than single administration, is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
