自律性差是高职艺术设计专业学生的顽疾,传统管理理念认为应从严治散,从严治学。但高职艺术设计专业学生是复杂而特殊的群体,采取简单或粗暴的严苛管理方式效果并不好,甚至容易形成学生与管理者的对立。文章认为有效的解决方法是将学生管理融入专业教育和企业化训练中,使三者有机融合,采取“专业渗透法”进行教育和管理。这种解决方法的模式概括为——“三位一体”学徒制人才培养模式。文章重点对这种模式进行了探究。
Poor self-discipline is the art of higher vocational students illnesses, the traditional management philosophy that should be strict governance, strict scholarship. However, art design students in higher vocational colleges are complex and special groups. It is not good to adopt simple or crude harsh management methods, and students and managers may even easily become antagonistic. The article holds that an effective solution is to integrate student management into professional education and enterprise training so as to integrate the three organically and adopt the “professional law of penetration” for education and management. The mode of this solution is summarized as - “Trinity ” apprenticeship personnel training mode. The article focuses on this model to explore.
