学校会计人员所具有的能力,在很大程度上决定着学校财务管理方面的水平,甚至在中小学中更会影响着学校可持续发展的能力。所以中小学校的会计人员应加强自身的业务能力,从而提升学校的财务管理能力,为学校的进一步发展做出更大的贡献。本文主要介绍提升学校会计能力的方法,希望对有关的人士能有所帮助。
The ability of school accountants to a large extent determines the level of school financial management, even in primary and secondary schools will affect the ability of schools to sustainable development. Therefore, the accountants in primary and secondary schools should strengthen their own business capabilities, so as to enhance the school’s financial management capabilities and make greater contribution to the further development of the school. This article mainly introduces ways to improve the accounting ability of schools, and I hope it will be helpful to the people concerned.
