通过对当前高铁时代给水建设、管理过程暴露的缺陷和问题的剖析,指出其缘由和改进、完善的措施,为后续的决策、建设和管理提供一定的借鉴,同时探讨了应用价值工程理论对给水工程设计、管理进行评价与优化的方法,希望重视全周期成本,以实现更加经济合理的目标。
Through the analysis of the defects and problems exposed in the current high-speed rail water supply construction and management process, the reasons and improvement and perfect measures are pointed out, which will provide reference for the follow-up decision-making, construction and management.
