目的了解湖北省直管医院手术室的环境卫生质量,系统评估省直管医院洁净手术室及普通手术室的院感管理水平,为制定相应的卫生标准提供依据。方法按《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》对湖北省直管的16家医院的106间手术室环境卫生质量进行检测。结果 106间手术室合格率为85.85%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级洁净手术室和普通手术室的合格率分别为68.75%、94.12%、91.80%、71.43%和60.00%;空气中尘粒数与浮游菌浓度具有相关性;普通手术室沉降菌和紫外线强度合格率分别为80%和60%,洁净手术室的截面平均风速、换气次数、相对湿度的合格率均为100%,温度、噪声、照度和静压差的合格率分别为97.03%、97.03%、94.94%和93.07%。结论 省直管医院手术室的合格率较低,应加强医院手术室新建设计的审查、日常维护及定期检测,提高医院手术室管理水平。
Objective To understand the quality of environmental hygiene in the operating room of direct hospital in Hubei Province and to systematically evaluate the management level of hospital sensory in the clean operating room and ordinary operating room in the provincial straight hospital and provide the basis for formulating the corresponding hygienic standard. Methods The quality of environmental hygiene in 106 operating rooms in 16 hospitals in Hubei Province under direct management was tested in accordance with the Technical Specifications for Construction of Clean Operating Surgery and Hospital Sanitation Standard. Results The pass rate of 106 operating rooms was 85.85%. The pass rates of Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 68.75%, 94.12%, 91.80%, 71.43% and 60.00% respectively. The dust particles in the air The number of bacteria and the concentration of bacteria has a correlation; common operating room sedimentation bacteria and ultraviolet light pass rate were 80% and 60%, clean operating room average cross-section wind speed, ventilation frequency, relative humidity pass rate of 100%, temperature The passing rates of noise, illumination and static pressure difference were 97.03%, 97.03%, 94.94% and 93.07% respectively. Conclusion The qualified rate of operating room in provincial direct hospital is relatively low. It is necessary to strengthen the review, daily maintenance and regular examination of new design of operating room in hospital so as to improve the management level of operating room in hospital.
