目的研究玄胡索散及其拆方对补骨脂素与异补骨脂素溶出量的影响。方法将玄胡索散拆方提取后,采用HPLC法,ES Industries Epic Polar C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长246 nm,柱温25℃进行测定,分析补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的溶出量。结果玄胡索散拆方前后补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的溶出量变化明显,单因素方差分析与SNK检验结果显示,各拆方组与全方组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论当归、牛膝有助于补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的溶出,而延胡索抑制二者的溶出。
Objective To study the effects of Xuanhuasuo San and its decomposed formulas on the dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen. Methods After the extraction of Xuanhuo powder, the extraction was performed on an ES Industries Epic Polar C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-water (55:45) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength of 246 nm, the column temperature of 25 ℃ were measured to analyze the dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen. Results The dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen before and after demolition of Xuanhuo powder was significantly different. The results of one-way ANOVA and SNK showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Angelica sinensis and Achyranthes bidentata are helpful to the dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen, while fumaric acid inhibits the dissolution of both.
