在体育教学中激发学生的锻炼动机

“动机”为“引起行动的意识,行动前定下的愿望”。有了意识和愿望,即有了行动的准则、目的、方向,这是成功的第一步。关于动机在学习中的巨大作用,古今中外不少教育家、艺术家都十分重视。心理学已经证明动机是人的活动的推动者,它体现着所需要的客观事物对人的活动的激励作用,把人的活动引向一定的满足他们需要的具体目标。现代心理学研究和教学实践充分证实了锻炼动机与锻炼成绩有着相关的作用,在智力水平相等的条件下,成就动机和志向水平高的学生比成就动机和志向水平低的学生锻炼成绩要好。锻炼成绩对动机的促进作用主要以学生的成功作为强化物,对锻炼不断强化来实现。学生一旦获得成功的尝试,就会产生要锻炼的愿望。锻炼动机对锻炼有如此重要的作用,因此要在体育教学进行中全面提 “Motivation ” for “Awareness of action, the desire set before action ”.
