目的 分析研究在目前卫生防护条件下 ,电离辐射对介入放射学诊疗医生红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 采用郭峰 [1982 ]首创的红细胞C3b受体 (RBC—C3b)花环和红细胞免疫复合物花环 (RBC—IC)测试法 ,测定红细胞免疫粘附功能。结果 介入放射学组RBC—C3b受体花环率与RBC—IC花环率分别为 15 83%和 7 2 0 %与对照组 ( 19 0 0 %和5 61% )比较 ,统计学分析有明显的差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且有随着介入放射工龄的增加变化越明显趋势。但除不足 5年与 15年工龄组有统计学意义外 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其它各工龄组间 ,男女性别之间 ,均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 研究结果表明 :介入放射学工作者的红细胞免疫功能已受到不同程度的影响。提示从业人员应进一步提高防护意识 ,减少射线带来的危害。
Objective To analyze the influence of ionizing radiation on erythrocyte immune function of interventional radiologists under the current conditions of health protection. Methods RBC-C3b rosette and erythrocyte immune complex rosette (RBC-IC) assay was used to detect erythrocyte immune adhesion function. Results Compared with the control group (19 0 0% and 5 61%), the RBC-C3b rosette rate and RBC-IC rosette rate were 15 83% and 72 0% respectively in the interventional radiology group. There was a significant difference (P <0 05), and with the increase of interventional service age more obvious changes. However, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between other years of service and between men and women except for those with less than 5 years and 15 years of service group (P <0.05). Conclusion The results show that: the interventional radiologist’s immune function of red blood cells have been affected to varying degrees. Prompted practitioners should further enhance the awareness of protection and reduce the hazards caused by radiation.
