采用多元复合方法,利用不同防锈剂的协同效应,复合出了新型的复合防锈剂。通过电导率测定、扫描电镜(SEM)及俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析技术,探讨了不同防锈剂水溶液对WC氧化溶解的影响。结果表明:由对硝基苯甲酸三乙醇胺酯、油酸钠皂、硼砂、钼酸钠复合而成的防锈剂可以有效抑制WC的氧化溶解;YG8硬质合金刀片经复合防锈剂浸泡后,其表面钨的浸出率仅为2.85%,比在水介质中浸泡时的浸出率明显降低,可有效抑制WC的氧化溶解。
The use of multiple composite method, the use of different synergistic effect of rust inhibitor, a new composite composite rust inhibitor. The effects of different anti-corrosion agent aqueous solutions on the oxidation and dissolution of WC were investigated by conductivity measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). The results showed that the anti-rust agent composed of triethanolamine p-nitrobenzoate, sodium oleate soap, borax and sodium molybdate can effectively inhibit the oxidation and dissolution of WC. YG8 cemented carbide inserts were soaked in composite rust inhibitor , The surface of the tungsten leaching rate of only 2.85%, compared with the leaching rate significantly reduced when immersed in aqueous medium, which can effectively inhibit the oxidation and dissolution of WC.
