复方甲硝唑凝胶是以卡波姆９４０为基质的水溶性透明凝胶，主要成分为甲硝唑、地塞米松磷酸钠，可用于治疗口腔溃疡和牙周炎等。本文介绍了复方甲硝唑凝胶的处方组成、制备方法、含量测定和质量标准。凝胶中甲销唑和地塞米松的含量采用褶合曲线分析法不经分离同时测定，操作简单、快速。
Compound metronidazole gel is based on Carbopol 940 as a water-soluble transparent gel, the main component of metronidazole, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, can be used to treat oral ulcers and periodontitis. This article describes the formulation of compound metronidazole gel, preparation, determination and quality standards.
