本文提出并研究了一种新型的采用光纤传感技术的充压比较检漏法。通过分析待测件充压后压力随时间的变化关系,得到压力变化与检测时间、最小可检漏率的关系式。设计并研究了具有较高灵敏度和稳定性的光纤差压传感器,得到最小可检相对差压约3×10~(-5),仪器工作稳定可靠。最后介绍了充压比较检漏法在工业生产中的应用实例。
This paper presents and studies a new type of pressure comparison leak detection using optical fiber sensing technology. By analyzing the relationship between the pressure and the pressure after filling the test piece with time, the relationship between the pressure change and the test time and the minimum leakable rate can be obtained. An optical fiber differential pressure sensor with high sensitivity and stability is designed and researched. The minimum detectable relative differential pressure is about 3 × 10 ~ (-5), and the instrument works stably and reliably. Finally introduced the comparison of pressure leak detection method in industrial production application examples.
