我院自1982年对18例老年急性心梗(AMI)患者应用小剂量尿激酶静脉注射治疗,初步观察获得较好疗效。起病24小时内所有60岁以上老年AMI 者,随机分治疗组与对照组。治疗组18例,平均年龄69.2岁。梗塞部位:前间壁7例,下壁5例,下壁并右室及下壁并高侧壁各1例,前壁2例,广泛前壁2例。对照组20例,平均年龄67.8岁,梗塞部位:下壁8例,前间壁7例,下壁并高侧壁2例,前壁、右室加下壁及广泛前壁并正后壁各1例。
In our hospital since 1982, 18 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with low-dose intravenous injection of urokinase treatment, the initial observation to obtain a better effect. All patients within 24 hours of onset of AMI over the age of 60 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group, 18 cases, mean age 69.2 years. Infarction site: anterior wall in 7 cases, 5 cases of inferior wall, lower wall and right ventricular and inferior wall and high side wall in 1 case, anterior wall in 2 cases, extensive anterior wall in 2 cases. The control group of 20 patients with an average age of 67.8 years old, the infarct site: the lower wall in 8 cases, anterior wall in 7 cases, inferior wall and high side wall in 2 cases, anterior wall, right ventricular plus wall and anterior wall and positive posterior wall 1 example.
